The $ 10,000 cost proposed for the Town of Lakeshore's share of the study be directed to the 2013 Budget deliberations for Council's consideration.

Council enact a by -law authorizing the Mayor and Treasurer to enter into an extension agreement with the owner of 1644 Birchwood to extend the period of time in which the cancellation price is to be paid. 14.
