Authorize staff to hold a public open house to seek feedback on a proposal to re- designate a cluster of existing dwellings and community facilities at the intersection of County Road 46 and Lakeshore Road 203, from `Agricultural' to a new `Hamlet' settlement area designation, to be known as the " Pleasant Park Hamlet" as illustrated in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 of this report.

Council approve the Tile Loan Application submitted by Sandra Anita Mayhew for tiling work performed at Concession 8, S. Part Lot 8 — (Roll No. 850 - 00800) in the amount of $ 15.500.00 subject to Provincial funding.
Russell Road Drain IN It is recommended that. 1. Council refer the Russell Road Drain report back to the Drainage Engineer for re- consideration in an effort to resolve any outstanding concerns of the property owners.
c) Tender Award — 5th Concession Road Drain Improvements It is recommended that. 1. Council award the 5th Concession Drain Improvements project to Facca Incorporated in the amount of $108,000.00 (excluding HST). d) By -law 71 -2013 — Alley Closing Petition It is recommended that. 1. Council give three ( 3) readings to By -Law 71 -2013, being a by -law to close the alley running east to west between Alexander Avenue and Rourke Line Road, as well as the short section of alley running north to south between 130 Alexander Avenue and 127 Rourke Line Road.
Tender Award — Backhoe Loader It is recommended that: 1. Council award the tender for the purchase of a 2013 Backhoe Loader to Nortrax Canada Inc. at a cost of $ 105, 773.41 ( inclusive of the applicable portion of the HST).
First Street Gateway Arch Feature — Notre Dame Street Project It is recommended that: 1. Council authorize the expenditure of $ 80,000 from the Notre Dame Street Reconstruction budget for the supply and installation of a gateway arch feature across First Street.
2014 Marina Rates It is recommended that.- 1. Council approve the increase in marina rates for the 2014 season as outlined in Schedule A.
MURF Borrowing By- law 93-2013 It is recommended that.- 1. Council approve By-law 93-2013 for borrowing from Infrastructure Ontario for the MURF.
