Phase 2 Tender Results / Project Budget Update — MHPM / MJMA / Town It is recommended that: 1. Council award DeAngelis Construction Inc., subject to a successful compliance review, the tender for Phase 11 of the Multi-Use Recreational Facility, now known as the Atlas Tube Centre, for the lowest price bid of 13,345, 000; and, 2. That the following alternative price options be accepted- # 2 Tennis Courts 273, 000, # 3 Multi-Use Courts $ 83,000, # 4 Splash Pad $ 298,000, and reject # 9 deletion of wood ceiling assembly $55,000; and, 3. Council give three readings to By- law 104-2014 to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the award contract with DeAngelis Construction Inc. 4. Administration be directed to present Council funding options to asphalt the multi- use path and construct a pedestrian bridge over the 4th Concession drain.
