Council authorize administration to order recreation program equipment for the Atlas Tube Centre up to the amount of $100,000 through a contract pricing agreement that was obtained by the Windsor Essex County District School Board.

Council award the tender for Municipal Waste Collection ( 2015 -2019) to Windsor Disposal Services ( INDS) in the amount of $1, 128,661. 19 excluding HST).
FINANCE AND PERFORMANCE SERVICES Report from administration re: a) Debenture Interest Rates It is recommended that: 1. Administration be authorized to offer debentures at the following rates effective December 1, 2014 and that advertising be approved as necessary: 1 year 2 year 3 year 4 year 5 year 2.30% 2.45% 2. 50% 2.60% 2.80% 2. Administration be authorized to increase the offered rates by the same percentage should market rates increase prior to December 1, 2014.
