COMMUNITY AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICE Report from administration re: a) Police Services Board — Crime Stoppers Bumper Stickers It is recommended that. 1. Council authorize the application to all Town vehicles a Crime Stoppers awareness bumper sticker to all Town vehicles.
Engineering and Infrastructure Services Report from administration re: a) Purchase of Lands — St. Clair Road Pathway Phase 3 It is recommended that: 1. Council approve the purchase of lands shown on the attached drawing to facilitate the construction of Phase 3 of the St. Clair Road Pathway; and 2. Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the attached agreement of purchase and sale as well as all other documentation required to complete this transaction.
b) Pearl Street- Stover Street Reconstruction It is recommended that. 1. Council authorize administration to proceed to tender for the reconstruction of Pearl Street from Patillo Road to the east dead end, and Stover Street from Pearl Street to Tecumseh Road.
c) ELK Energy Service Charge for Access to Hydro Poles It is recommended that. 1. Council receive the following report for information regarding a new service charge from ELK Energy. 2. Council direct administration to enter into discussions with ELK Energy regarding the proposed service charge to determine the validity of these same charges, and then report back to Council.
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER Report from administration re: a) Designation of Sunsplash as an event of Municipal Significance It is recommended that: 1. The Sunsplash event scheduled for July 23, 24, 25 and 26, 2015 is designated as an event of Municipal Significance.
