Southwestern Ontario Lawn Tractor Racing Association ( SOLTRA) — Lawn Tractor Racing in Municipal Parks — Roger Donais & Norbert Barrette It is recommended that. 1. The Town of Lakeshore deny the request of SOLTRA to locate and develop a lawn tractor practice and racing track in Stoney Point Park formerly Tilbury North Park), and, 2. SOLTRA be directed to permanently suspend their racing and practice activities on the municipal park lands leased from the Comber Agricultural Society, known as Comber Fairground Park.
