Council enact and pass Deeming By-law No. 82-2015.
Plan of Subdivision — 1473511 Ontario Limited ( Valente) It is recommended that: 1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized, by by-law 68 -2015, to execute a Subdivision Agreement with the Owner, subject to the inclusion of the following provision: a. The agreement covers Lots 1 to 29 and Lots 57 to 70 (Phase 6a) of the Whitewood Subdivision ( i.e. single detached residential dwellings) and two ( 2) blocks for stormwater management purposes, as shown on Draft Plan of Subdivision 37-T-05007, prepared by Dillon Consulting and certified by Andrew Mantha O.L. S., dated October 12, 2006, as approved by the County of Essex, March 7, 2007.
MURF — Phase 11— Multi Use Path and Pedestrian Bridge It is recommended that: 1. Council authorize administration to proceed with the design and proposed change order for the conversion of the multi -use path to a 3 meter, asphalt surface, and; 2. Council authorize administration to proceed with the design and proposed change order for the installation of a pedestrian bridge over the 4th Concession Drain, and; 3. Council direct administration to report back to Council with costs for items 1 and 2 above for approval, including funding source.
ENGINEERING AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES Report from administration re: a) Tile Loan Application — Triple T Farms. c/ o Gerry and Diane Trepanier, Lakeshore Road 123. It is recommended that: Council approve the Tile Loan Application submitted by Triple T Farms Ltd. clo Gerry and Diane Trepanier for tiling work that will be performed at Concession 2, E Part Lot 13 ( Roll No. 570-04100) in the amount of 25,700.00 subject to Provincial funding
Cooper's Mill Pathway It is recommended that: Council direct administration to include an allowance of $20,000 in the 2016 draft budget to repair the pathway around the Coopers Mill Pond.
