COMMUNITY AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES Report from administration re: Plan of Subdivision - File 37-T-05007, 1473511 Ontario Limited (Valente) -Whitewood Subdivision - Phase 6a It is recommended that: 1. The Mayor and Clerk be authorized, by by-law No. 8 -2016, to execute an Amending Subdivision Agreement with the Owner, subject to the inclusion of the following provision: a) The Original Agreement dated October 13, 2015 be further amended by: i. Replacing Schedule "B" of the Original Agreement dated October 13, 2015 with the Schedule "B" attached to this Amending Agreement; and ii. Deleting the words "either" and the words "or part-lot control exemption" from paragraph C.2 a) of Schedule "C".
Extension of Draft Plan Approval for the Forest Hill Subdivision File No 37-T-02009 (Cooper Estates Limited) It is recommended that: The County of Essex be advised that Council for the Town of Lakeshore is in support of extending draft plan approval for the Forest Hill Subdivision for a three year period (expiring March 8, 2019), subject to the existing draft approved conditions remaining in effect and the following new draft plan condition: That the Park / Open Space Block on the approved draft plan be revised via a "redline revision" application to the Town of Lakeshore and the County of Essex, to exclude the stormwater management pond, the future fish habitat, or any other land, not suitable as conveyable parkland, and that the redline revision be prepared to the satisfaction of the Town and {he County.
Medical Tiered Response Agreement It is recommended that: Council approve the amended Medical Tiered Response Agreement (attached) with Essex Windsor EMS and authorize the Mayor to sign agreement.
ARIS Authorized Requester Agreement with the MTO It is recommended that: Council authorize the fire chief to be the signing authority for the fire department ARIS Agreement with the Ministry of Transportation.
12. ENGINEERING AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES Report from administration re: a) Municipal Solid Waste Cost Recovery Models in Essex County It is recommended that: Council receive this report on what other municipalities in Essex County are undertaking to recoup costs for Municipal Solid Waste services. b) Annual Drainage Division Activity Report It is recommended that: Council receive the January, 2016 Drainage Division Activity report for information purposes.
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER Report from administration re: Off Road Vehicle By-law 1 -2016 It is recommended that: Council give three readings to By-law 1-2016, being a by-law to regulate the use of off road vehicles (ORV) on highways under the care and control of the Town of Lakeshore for a trial period ending April 30, 2017
Enhanced Transportation Service Agreement - LCS / It is recommended that: Council give three readings to by-law 10-2016 and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign an agreement with Lakeshore Community Services for the provision of enhanced transit services.
QUESTION PERIOD Members shall be governed by the following rules: a) Each member shall be limited to 3 minutes b) Questions shall be of general municipal concern, which may require a report from administration and do not require public consultation c) Matters raised in question period shall not be debated d) A motion of council is required for all administrative reports to Council e) Administration will track council questions on the council tracking report f) The chair may not allow a question in question period that should more properly be addressed to administration during regular business hours.
