East of Pike Creek. / It is recommended that: 1. Council approve the following red-lined change (Lakeshore File: RL-1-2015) to Draft Plan of Subdivision (County of Essex File: 37-T-07002) submitted by Jack Moceri and Sons Contracting Limited; 2. The County of Essex be advised that this approval applies to the revised draft plan of subdivision and conditions highlighted in Appendix 1, Appendix 2 and Appendix 3; 3. Council accept $60,000.00 as reimbursement of the Moceri's share of the cost of the reconstruction of East Pike Creek Road from County Road 2 (Old Tecumseh Road) to the northern limit of the northerly curb return from Street A'; and 4. 2016 Canada Day Family Event Program Itinerary and Budget / It is recommended that: 1. Jumpstart for Kids Fundraising Event / It is recommended that: Council authorizes participation in the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Fundraising Campaign being held across the region on Saturday, May 28th, 2016 in an effort to promote the importance of physical activity for all children within the Town of Lakeshore.
