Approve additional costs to be paid based on adjusted quantities required under the contract awarded in April 2016 to Pierascienzi Construction for 2016 Sidewalk Repairs and Construction, not to exceed $134,700 for a revised total contract of $132,370 plus net HST; and 2. Approve an additional over-expenditure not to exceed $22,270 including net HST for the 2016 Sidewalk Repair and Construction project to be funded through current revenue.
FINANCE SERVICES Report from administration re: a) Variance Reports to June 30, 2016 - Q2 / It is recommended that Council: 1. Receive the variance reports to June 30, 2016 for information, and 2. That the proceeds received pursuant to settlement of lawsuits in 2016 be transferred to the Contingency Reserve account for use in future budget stabilization as directed by Council.
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER Report from administration re: a) Community Support Centre of Essex County Request for Parking on Municipal Property / It is recommended that: 1. Council authorize administration to negotiate a mutually acceptable agreement with the Community Support Centre (CSC) of Essex County for the parking of two transit vehicles on municipal property and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the agreement.
