The Mayor and Clerk be authorized, by By-law84 -2016, to execute a Subdivision Agreement with the Owner, subject to the inclusion of the following provision: a. Council authorize Administration to make application to the Ontario 150 Community Capital program grant to install automatic door openers on all exterior washroom doors in parks. 2. Council precommit $44,000 plus HST in the 2017 Budget - Parks Building Maintenance, subject to grant approval.
ENGINEERING AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES Report from administration re: a) Public Works Services – Tender Award – Walls Road Widening It is recommended that: 1. Award the tender for the Walls Road Widening to Rudak Excavating Inc. in the total amount of $152,797.00 plus applicable taxes, and 2. Approve a project over-expenditure not to exceed $75,000 for the Walls Road Widening project, and 3. Authorize an additional transfer not to exceed $75,000 from the Gravel Road Conversion reserve to fund the project over-expenditure. b) Old Tecumseh Road Trail – Feasibility Design Study That: Council receive the attached report for information purposes. c) Public Works Services – CWATS – 2017 Proposed Submission It is recommended that: 1. Council approves the following two projects for submission to the County Wide Active Transportation (CWATS) Committee for consideration in 2017: a. Construction of a portion of the Lake-16 (County Road 22) facility segment from Puce Road to IC Roy Drive b. Detailed design of the Lake-11 (County Road 2) facility segment

Receive the report regarding Reserve and Reserve Fund – Information and Policy FN-398; and 2. Approve, amend, transfer and close the Town of Lakeshore reserves and reserve funds as outlined in the report and in Schedules A, B and C attached thereto, and 3. Approve a transfer of $1,191,300 from the Contingency reserve account to the Assessment Stabilization reserve account, to achieve targeted balances for those reserves, and 4. Approve and adopt Policy FN-398 Reserve and Reserve Fund. b) Finance Services - 2017 Budget Considerations It is recommended that: Receive the report outlining 2017 Budget Considerations for information.
