Engineering and Infrastructure Services Report from administration re: a) Sanitary Sewer Servicing Agreement – Rapid Drainage Limited. It is recommended that: 1. Council authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the attached servicing agreement with Rapid Drainage Limited for the construction of a sanitary sewer and service connections along Harvard Drive, and; 2. Council give three readings to By-law04-2017 and authorize the Mayor and the Clerk to execute the Servicing Agreement between the Town of Lakeshore (Lakeshore) andRapid Drainage Limited for the Installation of a Sanitary Sewer on Harvard Drive
Finance Services Report from administration re: a) 2017 Interim Levy By-law / It is recommended that: 1. Receive the Interim Levy By-law report; 2. Authorize an interim tax levy for 2017; and 3. Adopt the Interim Levy By-law 5-2017 attached to this report. b) Temporary Borrowing By-law / It is recommended that Council: 4 Adopt By-law 6-2017 to allow for temporary borrowing for current expenditure purposes for 2017. 2017 Budget Review (refer to the 2017 draft budget document distributed in November 2016.) / It is recommended that Council: 1. Approve the Draft 2017 Budget in principle, to provide Administration with financial parameters under which to continue current level of service operations; and 2. That Administration be directed to report back to Council for final approval of the 2017 Budget and adoption of the 2017 tax rates, inclusive of impacts resulting from amendments arising out of Council's budget deliberations.
