It is recommended that: Council award the North Townline Drain project to Goodreau Excavating Ltd. in the amount of $253, 120.79 plus HST. b) Oakwood Trunk Sanitary Sewer Extension and Stoney Point Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion Design — Consulting Services It is recommended that: 1. The Town of Lakeshore enter into an agreement with Stantec Consulting Ltd. for Professional Engineering Services to carry out the completion of design, approvals, and contract administration for the construction of the Oakwood Trunk Sanitary Sewer Extension in accordance with the Terms of Reference outlined in their letter dated May 5, 2017 for the fee of $266, 166, plus HST; and, 2. The Town of Lakeshore enter into an agreement with Stantec Consulting Ltd. for Professional Engineering Services to carry out the preliminary and detailed design of the proposed new treatment facility design for the Stoney Point Sewage Works Expansion as outlined in the 2012 Lakeshore Eastern Communities Environmental Study report, in accordance with the Terms of Reference outlined in their letter dated May 5, 2017 for the fee of $1, 210, 000, plus HST. c) Sanitary Backwater Valve 2017 Homeowner Subsidy Program It is recommended that: 1. That Council approve the implementation of a Sanitary Backwater Valve 2017 Homeowner Subsidy Program for up to a maximum of 102 subsidy applications, and; 2. That all documentation outlined under the Sanitary Backwater Valve Homeowner Subsidy Program must be submitted to the Town by November 30, 2017, and; 3. That Council authorize an over -expenditure in the Wastewater budget centre not to exceed $ 76, 500 to fund the Sanitary Backwater Valve 2017 Homeowner Subsidy Program. d) Pathway — Renaud Line ( at ATLAS Tube Center) — Alternate Route It is recommended that: 1. Council approve the alternate route for the Pathway — Renaud Line ( at Atlas Tube Centre) as shown on the map attached to the June 27, 2017 report from the Manager of Public Works; and, 2. Council approve the construction of pathway using granular base in 2017 to remain within the approved budget amount of $140, 000 for this project; and, 3. Council direct administration to include the cost of asphalt paving this pathway for consideration in the 2018 Budget.
Finance Services Report from administration re: a) Pathway to Potential Program Service Agreement — 2017 It is recommended that: Adopt By-law #64-2017 being a By-law to authorize the Mayor and the Director of Finance to renew a service agreement with the City of Windsor for the Pathway to Potential Program for the period of January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2017. b) 2016 Year End Results - 4th Quarter Variances items 2. b through e deferred from the June 13, 2017 meeting of Council) It is recommended that: 2.
