Engineering and Infrastructure Services Report from administration re: a) Public Works Services Division - Flood Prevention Task Force It is recommended that: Council approve the Terms of Reference Guidelines and Mandate for the Flood Prevention Task Force described within this report b) Public Works Services Division - Bridge Repair ( PW -BC -01993) over Reid Drain on Lakeshore Rd. 245 It is recommended that: 1. Approve the completion of the bridge repairs to structure PW -BC - 01003 in the amount not to exceed $23,000; and, 2. Approve an over -expenditure in the Public Works budget centre under the Bridge/Culvert maintenance account not to exceed 23,000 to be funded from current revenue.
Community and Development Services Report from administration re: a) Building Division — Agricultural Fencing — Options It is recommended that: 1. Council receive the options for Agricultural fencing, and; 2. Council adopt Option # 3, restricting the maximum height of fencing in agriculture zones to 1. 82m, and; 3. Council amend By-law 58-2001 to provide such additional regulation in agriculture zones. b) Communication and Strategic Initiatives Division — Memorial Trees and Benches It is recommended that: Council adopt the Memorial Tree and Bench Policy.
Question Period Members shall be governed by the following rules: a) Each member shall be limited to 3 minutes b) Questions shall be of general municipal concern, which may require a report from administration and do not require public consultation C) Matters raised in question period shall not be debated d) A motion of council is required for all administrative reports to Council e) Administration will track council questions on the council tracking report f) The chair may not allow a question in question period that should more properly be addressed to administration during regular business hours.
Non- Agenda Business Matters of a minor and urgent nature that require a Council decision may be brought forward by a member of Council under Non -Agenda Business.

Resolution Re: Council in Closed Session and Adjournment That Council move itself into closed session at p.m. in accordance with section 239 ( 2) b) of the Municipal Act to discuss a personal matter about an identifiable individual;, including municipal or local board employees That Council move out of closed session at p.m. That Lakeshore Council adjourn its meeting at p.m. and that Lakeshore Council authorize itself to meet in Closed Session prior to the next Regular Council Meeting to discuss any matters permitted by the Municipal Act to be considered at a Closed Meeting.
