Council authorize Administration to apply to the Municipalities for Climate Change Innovation Program for a Storm Water Master Plan, and; 2. Council approve a first charge to the 2018 Budget of $ 350, 000 which would be reduced by $ 175,000 should Lakeshore be successful in the grant application.
Engineering and Infrastructure Services Report from administration re: a) Water and Wastewater Master Plan Update — Receive and Table to December 12, 2017 It is recommended that: 1. Council receive and table the attached Town of Lakeshore Water and Wastewater Master Plan Update study: dated September, 2017 for consideration at its meeting of December 12, 2017; and, 2. Council table the attached administrative report for consideration at its meeting of December 12, 2017 following a presentation on Master Plan Update study by the Consultant. b) Gravel Road Conversion of the Amended Program Criteria It is recommended that: 1. Council adopt this the update to the Town of Lakeshore' s Conversion of Gravel Roads to Surface Treatment Program based on residential density and connecting links as the program criteria. b) New Street Light Implementation Program Policy It is recommended that: 1. Council approves the draft New Street Light Implementation Program Policy.
Finance Services Report from administration re: a) Policy FN -405 Asset Management It is recommended that Council: 1. Approve and adopt Policy FN -405 Asset Management. b) 2017 Budget — PSAB Compliant (O. Reg. 284/09) It is recommended that Council: 1. Council adopt the report on the 2017 budget conversion to meet Public Sector Accounting Board ( PSAB) compliance under Ontario Regulation 284/09.

Council directs that a draft revised Procedural by-law be prepared based upon the recommendations contained in this report; and the required notice of Council' s intention to pass the amended Procedural by-law be provided to the public.
