FINANCE SERVICES a) Amendment to the 2018 Tariff of Fees ( By- law 85-2017 Schedule K — Water and Wastewater Rates) through By- law 96-2017 It is recommended that Council: 1. Approve Schedule K — Water and Wastewater Rates for 2018 as outlined in the report from the Director of Finance/Treasurer dated November 30, 2017, and 2. Give three readings to By-law 96-2017, being a By-law to amend By-law 85- 2017 to prescribe a Tariff of Fees for the Town of Lakeshore. b) Draft 2018 Budget It is recommended that Council: 1. Approve the Draft 2018 Budget in principle, to provide Administration with financial parameters under which to continue current level of service operations; and 2. That Administration be directed to report back to Council for final approval of the 2018 Budget and adoption of the 2018 tax rates, inclusive of impacts resulting from amendments arising out of Council' s budget deliberations.

RESOLUTION RE: COUNCIL IN CLOSED SESSION AND ADJOURNMENT It is recommended that: Lakeshore Council adjourn its meeting at . on December 4, 2017 and that Lakeshore Council authorize itself to meet in Closed Session prior to the next Regular Council Meeting to discuss any matters permitted by the Municipal Act to be considered at a Closed Meeting.
