Accept the Fire Station Location Study, in -principle, for the Town of Lakeshore' s Fire and Rescue service level strategic planning, and; 2. Accept, in principle, Optimization No. 3 - Maximizing Insurance Coverage Standards, and; 3. Direct administration to develop an implementation plan that sustains a service level of fire protection consistent with Optimization No. 3, and integrates the Fire Station Location Study with the Strategic Facilities Plan, and the Asset Management Plan. b) Randall Roth, Senior Planner WSP Re: 5 Year Official Plan Review Update and Draft Emeryville Secondary Plan Update. It is recommended that: 1. This progress report be received for information on the 5 Year Official Plan Review, which includes the Emeryville Secondary Plan; 2. That administration be directed to continue with the Official Plan Review and Emeryville Secondary Plan project; 3. That administration be authorized to conduct an Open House(s) and make the necessary draft document(s) publicly available for comment; and 4. Council receive this report as background information for the Stantec Consulting Ltd. presentation at its regular council meeting on January 16, 2018 for information purpose in finalizing the Class Environmental Assessment for the Notre Dame Street and West River Street. 2. Council direct administration to proceed with the filing of the Class Environmental Assessment Notice of Completion for the Notre Dame Street and West River Street project.
