Council approve an amendment to the Tariff of Fees Bylaw Number 85- 2017 to include a fee of $9. 53 per hour for the rental of a Cricket pitch. b) Summer Day Camp — Transportation Plan with P2P Funding It is recommended that: 1. Council approve the Transportation Plan for the Summer Day Camp Program serving St. Joachim, Stoney Point, Comber and Woodslee.
Engineering and Infrastructure Services Report from administration re: a) Tender Award — County Road Crossing Replacement over North Talbot Road Drain. It is recommended that: 1. Council award the County Road Crossing Replacement over North Talbot Road Drain project to Southside South Shore Contracting of Essex County Inc. in the amount of $ 147,400. 00 plus HST.
Finance Services Report from administration re: a) Amendment to Schedule C to By- law 29- 2018 — 2018 Municipal Tax Rates It is recommended that Council: 1. Approve and adopt an Amendment to Schedule C to By-law 29- 2018 — 2018 Municipal Tax Rates.
Question Period Members shall be governed by the following rules: a) Each member shall be limited to 3 minutes b) Questions shall be of general municipal concern, which may require a report from administration and do not require public consultation c) Matters raised in question period shall not be debated d) A motion of council is required for all administrative reports to Council e) Administration will track council questions on the council tracking report f) The chair may not allow a question in question period that should more properly be addressed to administration during regular business hours.
