Engineering and Infrastructure Services 12.(a) Drinking Water System - 2018 Annual Reports - O.Reg. 170/03 Recommendation: Council adopt the attached 2018 Annual Reports as prepared in accordance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, O.Reg 17/03 for the following water service areas: 1. Lakeshore Water Treatment Plant (WSA) (260091507) 2. Stoney Point Water Treatment Plant (WSA) (220003396) 3. Union Water Service Area (220004995) 4. Tecumseh Water Service Area (060004982) And further, that the Annual Reports be made available for public viewing through the Town of Lakeshore website.
Finance Services 13.(a) Tax Adjustments under the Municipal Act, S.357 Recommendation: 1. Council authorize the reduction of taxes under S. 357 of the Municipal Act, totaling $31,464.60 for adjustments affecting the 2015, 2017 and 2018 taxation years, as outlined in the schedule attached to the report from Finance Services dated February 19, 2019.
Legislative and Legal Services 14.(a) Establishment of the Office of an Integrity Commissioner and Appointment of Robert Swayze as the Integrity Commissioner Recommended: 1. The Council of The Corporation of the Town of Lakeshore adopt By-law 22-2019 being a By-law of The Corporation of the Town of Lakeshore to Establish an Office of the Integrity Commissioner, as described in the report of the Director of Legislative & Legal Services presented at the February 19, 2019 Council Meeting; and 2. Council adopt By-law 23-2019 being a By-law to Appoint appointing Robert Swayze as the Town's Integrity Commissioner for a 4 year term and authorizing the Mayor and Clerk to execute the agreement with Mr. Swayze for the provision of integrity commissioner services.

Approve the 2019 Draft Budget in principle, to provide Administration with financial parameters under which to continue current level of service operations; and 2. That Administration be directed to report back to Council for final approval of the 2019 Budget and adoption of the 2019 tax rates, inclusive of impacts resulting from amendments arising out of Council's budget deliberations.
