6.(a) Regular Council Meeting Minutes of May 21, 2019 Recommendation: Council approve Item 6(a) as listed on the Consent Agenda.
Legislative and Legal Services Request for Temporary Licence Extension – Comber Legion Recommendation: Direct the Clerk to provide a letter stating that the Town of Lakeshore has no objection to the temporary extension of the liquor licence of Comber Legion Branch 241, located at 6420 Main Street, July 6th 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM, and September 14th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 AM, on the condition that the conduct of the event is in compliance with the provisions of the Liquor Licence Act and associated rules and directive of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.
6.(b) Insurance for Canada Day Lawn Mower Racing held by SOLTRA Recommendation: Council receive the report entitled, Insurance for Canada Day Lawn Mower Racing held by SOLTRA, by the Director of Legislative & Legal Services presented as part of the supplementary agenda at the June 4, 2019 Regular Council meeting.

Reading of the By-laws 10.1 General By-laws 10.1(a) By-law 72-2019, Being a By-law to Confirm the Proceedings of Council for the Regular Council Meeting of May 21, 2019 Recommendation: That By-laws 72-2019 be read a first, second and third time and finally adopted this 4th day of June, 2019. 11.
