Council adopt By-law 109-2019 (ZBA-20-2019) to remove the Holding Symbol RW2 (h20) from the subject property to permit the construction of a single detached dwelling. 11.(c) Extension of Draft Plan of Subdivision Approval 37-T-97010 (River Ridge Residential Development), Coco Development Group (EDP-1-2019) Recommendation: The County of Essex be advised that Council for the Town of Lakeshore is in support of extending draft plan approval for the River Ridge Subdivision (37-T-97010) for a three year period. 11.(d) Removal and Restoration of a Monument (known as Sacred Heart of Jesus), Designated under Part IV the Ontario Heritage Act, 2722 County Road 42, Community of St. Joachim (former municipality of Rochester), Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation of the Diocese of London in Ontario Recommendation: 1. Council consent to the application to dismantle, remove, restore and relocate the Sacred Heart of Jesus (“the monument”) located at 2722 County Road 42, in accordance with the Heritage Impact Statement, prepared by Zelinka Priamo LTD., dated May 10, 2019 and the following terms and conditions: a. The applicant(s) provide a detailed dismantling, storage and reconstruction plan to the satisfaction of the Manager of Development Services and Manager of Building Services. 2. That Council give notice of its intent to amend the By-law under the Heritage Act in order for the monument to be moved from the St. Joachim Church property to the nearby St. Joachim Cemetery. 3. The cost of giving notice of intent under the requirements of the Heritage Act be paid out of the 2019 operating budget of the Planning - Consulting Account Number 01.81.1431.8101., and 4. The cost of the statutory advertising to historically designate the monument at the nearby Cemetery, be considered in the 2020 budget for the Heritage Advisory Committee.
