Community and Development Services 11.(a) CWATS -2020 Submission –Old Tecumseh Trail, County Road 2 (Patillo Road to East Pike Road) Recommendation: Council approves the construction of the phase 3 portion of the Lake-11 Old Tecumseh Trail –along County Road 2 (from Patillo Road to East Pike Road) for submission to the County Wide Active Transportation (CWATS) Committee for consideration in 2020 11.(b) Bill 108: More Homes, More Choice Act, 2019 Recommendation: 1. Council receive this report for information; and 2. Direct Administration to report back through the 2020 budget process on any necessary curtailment of growth-related or other capital expenditures resulting from the enactment of Bill 108 and through the Development Charges Study. 11.(c) 2019 Provincial Policy Statement Review –Proposed Policies Recommendation: 1. Council endorse the contents of this report, as the Town of Lakeshore’s submission to the Province, regarding the 2019 Provincial Policy Statement Review –Proposed Policies; and 2. The Director of Legislative and Legal Services / Clerk forward this report to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
