Tender Award, Operational Centre Renovations of Former Rourke Line Arena Recommendation: 1. Council award the tender for the Operational Centre Renovations of Former Rourke Line Arena to Vince Ferro Construction in the total amount of $3,110,910 (plus net HST); and 2.
