Recommendation:
The Manager of Development Services, on behalf of the Mayor and
Council, supply comment to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of
Ontario indicating that the location of a cannabis retail store, proposed at
1303, unit 180, County Road 22 (Lakeshore MedArts Plaza), falls within
a 150 metre setback to a sensitive land use / activity as set out by the
Town’s Cannabis Policy Statement, adopted by Council at the April 29,
2020 Council meeting.
