Tree Planting Program for Older Subdivisions 4 Recommendation: Administration develop a pilot program to plant street trees in existing subdivisions to be implemented in 2021, as described in the report presented at the June 23, 2020 regular Council meeting; and, 1. Administration include the costs for the pilot program in the 2021 Parks Budget Centre in the amount of $20,000 for budget consideration. 2.b. Tender Award – 2020 Lakeshore Asphalt Road Resurfacing 12 Recommendation: Award the tender for the 2020 Lakeshore Asphalt Road Resurfacing Program to Mill-Am Corporation in the total amount of $620,380.00 plus applicable taxes for the repair and resurfacing of five (5) roads identified in Table 1 below. c. Tender Award – Hardtop Road Repair 18 Recommendation: Award the tender for the Hardtop Road Repair to Shepley Road Maintenance Ltd. in the total amount of $89,270 plus applicable taxes. d. Tender Award – Stoney Point Water Treatment Clarifier Repairs 20 Recommendation: Award the tender to BGL Contractors Corp. for the Stoney Point Water Treatment Clarifier Repairs in the amount of $452,340 plus HST with a stipulated date for completion of October 16th, 2020. 1. Proceed with the repairs to the Stoney Point Water Treatment Plant Clarifier using Ecodyne Limited as the preferred supplier and technical resource. 2.e.
