ZBA-16-2020 - Beneteau Site Specific Zoning Exception Recommendation: Approve Zoning By-law Amendment Application ZBA-16-2020 (By-law 87-2020, Town of Lakeshore By-law 2-2012, as amended), to rezone 6605 County Road 2 (Tecumseh Road) as shown on the Appendix A -Key Map, from "Central Area Commercial (CA) Zone" to a site-specific "Central Area Exception 16 (CA-16) zone", which shall permit a single detached dwelling.

Delegations a. TFA-1-2017, Proposed Telecommunication Tower, 460 Puce Road Recommendation: Lakeshore Town Council resolves that: 1. Shared Network Canada has satisfactorily completed its consultation with the Town of Lakeshore; 2. The Town of Lakeshore is satisfied with Shared Network's public consultation process and does not require any further consultation with the public; 3. The Town of Lakeshore concurs with Shared Networks' proposal to construct a telecommunication facility, provided it is constructed substantially in accordance with the revised plans submitted and approved by the Town of Lakeshore, dated June 24, 2020, in the revised location at 460 Puce Road; 4. That the Chief Building Official advises that a permit will not be required for the communication tower facility. However, any accessory buildings will require a permit; and, 5. That the County of Essex Engineering Department receive notification prior to construction or pre-construction activities in order to monitor the road and entrance during the course of the installation of the communication tower facility. An "entrance" permit is required if any changes are proposed to the existing entrance as well as a "setback" permit for any walk-in cabinet. Please be advised that if damages were to occur that the expenses related to the re-construction (either the road or entrance) may be invoiced to the company. The County also advises that no repairs are to be undertaken by the company and/or representative, unless prior arrangements are made with the Engineering Department at the County of Essex; and, 6.
