Vandalism at Lakeshore Parks - Security Enhancements Recommendation: Approve the purchase, monitoring service and installation of surveillance equipment in three (3) parks (at washroom facility locations in Lakeview Park, Stoney Point Park and Centennial Park) in the amount of $37,500.00 (including applicable HST) to be funded from the facilities reserve, as presented at the June 14, 2022 Council meeting.
Delegation of Site Plan Authority as a Result of Bill 109 Recommendation: Direct the Clerk to read By-law 62-2022 to delegate site plan approval authority to the Division Leader – Community Planning, in accordance with section 41(4.0.1) of the Planning Act, as presented at the June 14, 2022 Council meeting.
